At the heart of our rework systems is a highly effective shear force mixer that comminutes, melts, and homogenizes the product in the shortest possible time: in batch or continuous operation. For rework with water content, optional drying can be integrated.

The batch process begins with the TRIQUENCE® mixer, which homogenizes rework masses—even those containing moisture—thanks to integrated VORTEX CHAMBER® shear heads. The mass is fed into a buffer mixer and then pumped into the IMPACTOR® bead mill for fine grinding (<30 µm).

The processed rework can be returned directly to the production process.
