The laboratory multifunctional mixer sets standards for recipe development wherever efficient and flexible processing of powdery and pasty products is required.
The use of the TRIQUENCE® mixing mechanism and the additionally installed VORTEX CHAMBER® generate high shear forces and constantly create new surfaces, ensuring highly effective material and heat transport.

This significantly shortens homogenization/drying and reaction processes and makes them more effective.

  • Wide range of applications for product development in the chemical, food, confectionery, and other industries
  • Available in sizes from 30 to 80 liters total volume (e.g., 50 liters for 15-35 kg capacity)
  • For temperatures up to 200 °C, pressure range from vacuum to 20 bar
  • Optionally available with vacuum system for drying and reaction processes
  • Optionally available with heating/cooling unit, also with steam and pressurized water operation for double-jacketed mixer
