At LIPP Mischtechnik, we offer a state-of-the-art application technology center to demonstrate the advantages of our machines and test various process parameters with original materials.

Our facility enables comprehensive testing of process steps such as mixing, conching, reacting, drying, wet grinding, and melting, both in batch and continuous processes. We conduct tests at temperatures up to 180°C (heating with pressurized water or steam) and pressures from vacuum to 10 bar, with all important parameters being electronically recorded and documented.

The application technology center is designed for explosion-proof operation to ensure safety and reliability. On request, tests can also be carried out at your site using mobile rental machines. The data collected serves as proof of product quality and efficiency and forms the basis for scaling to your production size.
