After completing all foundation work at the start of the year, construction has now clearly shifted to the vertical phase:
- The structural columns for the Application Technology Centre, the main hall and the office area are currently being installed.
- The walls of the ground floor in the office area, the Application Technology Centre and the main hall are being raised.
- And most importantly: we remain fully on schedule
In line with our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the Innovation Centre will meet the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard — consuming only 55% of the primary energy required by a conventional building — and will also include 700 m² of photovoltaic panels combined with heat pumps to ensure a climate‑friendly, future‑ready energy supply.
