Excavation for the foundation is progressing rapidly throughout November and December – making the most of the unfrozen soil before winter sets in. This stage follows months of meticulous planning and site preparation to ensure a safe and efficient start.

Our new site will meet the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard – meaning it will consume only 55% of the primary energy compared to a conventional building, thanks to superior insulation, efficient systems and smart design.
