It was a pleasure to welcome Mannheim’s Lord Mayor, Christian Specht, as well as Sabine Roth from the City of Mannheim’s Economic Development Department. We were also glad to have representatives from the MAX STREICHER Group, the architectural firm Gutthann HIW and Leonhard Weiss with us.
Our Innovation Centre has been designed to meet the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard, requiring only 55% of the primary energy of a conventional building.
With approximately 700 m² of photovoltaic panels combined with heat pump technology, we are creating a climate-friendly and future-proof energy supply.
Further highlights of the Innovation Centre include:
- Reduced CO₂ emissions through advanced insulation and energy-efficient building systems
- Smart building technology with automated heating, cooling and lighting
- Sustainable materials that are resource-efficient and low in emissions
- Green mobility infrastructure, including EV charging points and bicycle parking
- Modern working environments with abundant natural light and attractive outdoor spaces
For us, this project is a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and future readiness – and we are very much looking forward to the next steps!
