Pilot plant operation
Our pilot plant is equipped to carry out tests and trials on mixing, drying and chemical reactions all under pressure, vacuum, heating or cooling conditions.
Mixing trials can be carried out as a batch operation or also, as an alternative, in continuous operation.
Drying and reaction trials are performed in batch operation.
Example trial conditions:
- Heating with steam at 10 bar, 180° C, pressurised water 120° C
- The product is treated with pressures of up to 10 bar or vacuums up to 1 mbar absolute.
- Electrical power: up to 200 kW power rating
- Electronic data-recording of process parameters
The pilot plant is designed for explosion proof operation.
