Project development steps are as follows:
- Define the tasks to be performed together with the customer.
- Trials using our pilot plant with customer development personnel or, with the aid of equipment on loan from us, trials at the customer site. An offer will be issued on the basis of the result.
- After all of the technical details resolved, commercial terms agreed and an order is placed, the machine or system detailed design is commenced and our project management system is put into gear to schedule component sourcing and manufacture.
- Manufacture and assembly of the machine or system.
- Commissioning at the site and training of the operating staff.
- After Sales Service: We attach great importance on making service staff and spare parts available quickly.
