We bring your mixer up to date
As one of the leading producers of horizontal mixers, dryers and reactors we know the importance of competent and reliable partners for the maintenance of older machines as well as for new acquirements.
Our service experts combine long experience with dedication and are able to carry out maintenance works on site and on machines still mounted. This reduces shut down times drastically.
Our engineers personally take care of a fast and productive coordination of your service order.
Short decision making processes and a lean management enable us to offer a wide range of services for favourable prices.
If you are looking for more than just service for your machines but you are interested in a considerable increase of efficiency and an extended scope of application we gladly upgrade your machines with our patented additional mixing tools.
Especially in economically difficult times it is of huge benefit to increase the performance of already existing machines and plants by relatively small investments.
Among other things we can execute the following operations:
- Exchange of drives (including electric motors, gearbox, V-belt drive or coupling). A lot of older mixers are still equipped with drives with single or two stage rotation speed. These can be exchanged by drives with frequency inverter.
- Replacement of shaft sealings and bearings including the replacement of worn out shaft protection sleeves with wear and tear bushing with hardened surface.
- Replacement of mixing paddles or complete mixing mechanisms. The mixing arms can be either bolted or welded to the shaft. For a lot of applications the existing mixing mechanisms can effortlessly be equipped with our patented TRIQUENCE®-scrapers. Thus dispersing and drying processes can be designed considerably more efficient.
- Installation of our patented Rotor-Stator-Shear Heads in exchange with conventional knife-shear heads or as a new installation. From the sucking in-effect of the RS-Shear Heads results a forced shearing of the product. Agglomerates are disintegrated much more efficiently than with knife-shear heads.
Our newly developed Vortex Chamber does not protrude into the interior of the mixing vessel, increases the homogenizing effect and does not require an adaption of the existing mixing mechanism.
- Assembly of our conic discharge flap in exchange with the present discharge or in addition to it. The conic discharge flap has the advantage of a leak less closing.
- Assembly of sampling flaps for manual sampling from the mixer or of sampling valves for all consistencies from powdery to paste-like.
- Our experts carry out the adaption and the optimization of the existing control system to the altered situation.
In case we raised your interest please contact us directly. We gladly check your machine on site and elaborate an appropriate quotation for the upgrade of your mixer.
Should we have aroused your interest, we would be happy to answer all the remaining questions you might have.
