The VORTEX CHAMBER

Until now little success has been attained with built-in homogenizers. That is partly because of the complexity of integrating such a homogenizer in a mixing system and often the effect on the mixing result is limited.
With LIPP´s VORTEX CHAMBER this situation has come to an end.
The VORTEX CHAMBER is an innovative mixing system with outstanding homogenizing and disintegrating characteristics, which can be integrated in any existing mixer at any time and which achieves considerably improved mixing results.
The particularity of our innovation is mainly the fact that, compared to other attempts of that kind, the VORTEX CHAMBER does not protrude into the main vessel. Until now the part of the vessel with the built-in homogenizer had to be clear of main mixing paddles.
Not so the VORTEX CHAMBER:

No part of it protrudes into the mixing vessel so that the surface of the vessel is wiped completely and thus no dead spaces are appearing.
